Madison, Wis. – Apr. 6, 2022 – Singlewire Software has been named a 2022 Top Workplace in Madison by the Wisconsin State Journal in the mid-size company category. This is the second consecutive year Singlewire has been recognized in this program. Winners were selected based on feedback from employees that focused on areas such as pay, confidence in company leadership, work-life balance, and company values.
“We put people at the forefront of everything we do,” said Paul Shain, president and CEO of Singlewire Software. “This award highlights our commitment to actively listening and responding to the feedback we receive from our employees so we can continue to foster an excellent culture people are excited to participate in every day.”
=This is the fourth year the Wisconsin State Journal has partnered with Energage, a Pennsylvania-based employee engagement and workplace improvement research firm, to determine the Madison area’s top workplaces. More than 16,000 employees were surveyed at 96 participating companies for this year’s program.
“If COVID taught us anything, it’s that asking questions and listening to employees is critical in navigating this new world of work,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “More than ever, you need to be more intentional about your culture.”
The award win coincides with Singlewire Software celebrating 13 years in business. During that time the company has grown from 24 employees to more than 125. Its product offerings have evolved from a mass paging solution to a sophisticated mass notification and critical event management platform. The company works with prominent technology partners including Cisco, Microsoft, and Zoom, and uses leading-edge software development tools to produce innovative safety and communication solutions.
“We have been privileged to have such a talented team that has contributed to our consistent growth over the past 13 years,” said Shain. “Their hard work has been the cornerstone upon which we have built our success.”
This is the second year in a row Singlewire Software has been recognized for its work culture by the Wisconsin State Journal, and the sixth time receiving accolades as a top workplace with previous recognition coming from Madison Magazine in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and national recognition from Inc. Magazine in 2019. For more information about becoming part of the Singlewire Software team, visit www.singlewire.com/careers.
