Madison, Wis – May 23, 2017 – Singlewire Software, a leading mass notification technology developer, has completed its move to its new headquarters at 1002 Deming Way in Madison, Wis. The move accommodates the company’s growing software development, sales, marketing, and support teams and provides improved facilities such as an on-site workout room and high-tech rooms to demonstrate its software offering.
Singlewire Software was formed in 2009 and is known for its flagship mass notification software, InformaCast. The software was developed following the Sept. 11 attacks to help broadcast emergency pages throughout government federal buildings. The technology has continued to evolve and can now connect to all on-premises and mobile devices within an organization or business to manage emergency notifications.
“We’ve always said that a company’s most important asset is its people, and our new headquarters represents an investment in our people,” said Paul Shain, president and CEO of Singlewire Software. “This new building shows our commitment to our current employees, our commitment to growth, and our commitment to the Madison business community.”
The new building is wholly owned by Singlewire and holds its current staff of 57 locally-based employees, and serves as a central meeting place for its 17 remote workers. More than 5,000 organizations in over 50 countries use InformaCast for emergency notifications and IP phone paging to help manage emergency situations that range from active shooter events to severe weather. It is used in an array of working environments including schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and business and government buildings.
“Safety continues to be a top priority for organizations around the world,” said Shain. “Our new building gives us more space to grow and a fresh, invigorating environment to inspire innovation that continues to meet the needs of our customers.”
