Your school undoubtedly has a plan for when an emergency strikes. You’ve likely run tests and drills and planned for exactly what steps to take during an event. But have you thought about what should happen after?

Reunification is a crucial but challenging step in the incident management process.  To shed a light on this important topic, The “I Love U Guys” Foundation and Singlewire Software are hosting the session, “Planning Together: Overcoming K-12 Reunification Challenges“, on Wednesday, April 30th at 2:00 p.m. Central

Our experts will walk through the Standard Reunification Method (SRM), and share how you can:

  • Develop, train, and mobilize your reunification team
  • Implement tangible, on-site, and off-site plans, including location selection
  • Strengthen partnerships with responding agencies (police, fire, and medical)
  • Conduct training and drills in advance of an event
  • Communicate effectively during and after an incident
  • Use solutions like Safety Manager from Visitor Aware to account for everyone and record their status and location.

Speakers:

  • Betsy Miller, Instructor/Explorer, The “I Love U Guys” Foundation
  • Pat Hamilton, Alliance Director, The “I Love U Guys” Foundation
  • Joanna Haugland, Chief Product Officer, Visitor Aware
